I cannot disagree with this review beacuse I have not played and 7 is still a very good score but I should think it may deserve abit more.
The hidden agenda for the most part comes from insanely paranoid fanboys who are looking for something to argue over. If they don't agree with something, it is not a talking point, they are just right and the others are wrong and biased.
Most sane people realise this.
IMO all 3 systems have many 'bright spots' this year with Zelda wii and GT5 by far the brightest for me.
This game is perhaps my most anticipated of the year after gt5 of course. It just seems so different and if pulled off correctly (which it seems to be) then it will be absolutely amazing!

You do have some good points but I still have to disagree. Granted certain economic theory states that not helping businesses out will help the most efficient and thus the ones better for the economy (survival of the fittest.) Why do you keep bringing up this launches aligned thing? It doesn't change anything in the real world, the actual numbers do. And all in all the 360 and ps3 are so close and wil remain so that arguing over it is trivial. 3rd parties aren't suddenly going to favour a system now. When the PS3 launched in NA the 360 had sold 5.5 million. By the time it was launched in Europe the 360 had sold 7 million. And no the gap now is not 8 million its more like 5-6 million as this Sony exec has clearly got confused with sellthrough and shipment data. Your the one who is an idiot.

Sony say the 360 is 8 million ahead? That can't be right the exec is probably talking MS sold figures compared to estimates of ps3 sellthrough. The gap I would have thought is between 5 and 6 million.

Where did 3.2 million come from. Sony have not said 34 million? Im confused. TBH I expect them to say 33.5 million, leaving the ps3 undertracked by about 400K or something.
Its actually well known they underscore both ps3 and 360 games compared to the average meta score. See the other edge MAG review for the analysis. Its not always a conspiracy against the ps3.

You still don't get my argument do you? I said sony do not track to consumers in their FINANCIAL REPORTS. They can and do when giving out sales info - eg. 10 million sold in Europe. Nintendo and MS do the same as well.
Also I never said VGC tracks consumer sales - I said they estimate them based on trends, market share etc with a small amount of sources in major euro countries. Read the site its not hard.
